Our history :

** In 1992, China National Constructional and Agricultural Machinery Import and Export Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “CAMC”) invested and established CAMC Wuxi Office.
** In January 1994, Jiangsu Wallong-Hsin Import and Export Company (hereinafter referred to as “JSW”) was officially established as Provincial level company , directly under CAMC group who belonged to the former State Ministry of Machinery Industry in China.
** In September 2003, JSW obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification issued by UKAS.
** In September 2009, JSW obtained another two ISO system certifications, i.e., ISO14001 and ISO45001 issued by UKAS, which further enhance the company’s management based on the ISO9001 management system.
** In December 2009, the original investor CAMC transferred JSW assets to SINOMACH Capital who  also belongs to SINOMACH Group , i.e., the former State Ministry of Machinery Industry in China.
** In March 2012, SINOMACH Capital added registered capital to JSW to 30 million RMB.
** In 2013, JSW implemented restructuring work and officially transformed to a limited liability state-owned enterprise, and was renamed as ” Jiangsu Wallong-Hsin Import and Export Co., Ltd. .
** In December 2015, JSW was renamed as Jiangsu Wallong-Hsin Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. .
** In November 2017, JSW ‘ s business license scope expanded to manufacture production capabilities.
** In September 2018, JSW obtained AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Certification issued by WCO ( World Customs Organization ) , which proves JSW management and operation well & safely by the official Customs .
** In December 2018, JSW completed its equity restructuring, i.e., SINOTEST holding 60% of the shares and SINOMACH Capital holding 40% of the shares. At this point, JSW has completed the integration of institute & technology, manufacturing , exporter , and inspection laboratory , and been enhancing overall competitiveness. Meanwhile , JSW is the Exclusive Export and Import Platform of SINOTEST.

** In September 2020, JSW obtained another fourth ISO system certifications, i.e., ISO50001 , which further enhance the company’s management based on the ISO9001 management system.
